Real-estate database

The Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (LIAA) has created a real-estate database, where local governments, companies and private individuals can submit information on properties, which could be used for business development or the construction of new factories.

Information in the LIAA database is summarized and offered to foreign companies who wish to begin operating in Latvia. The property quality and offers made by sellers are important factors in the sale of these investment properties, which very often determines whether a positive decision is made to invest in Latvia.

Each potential real-estate project is made an individual offer, in accordance with the investor’s criteria. The LIAA database gives clients the possibility of receiving quick and precise information on investment properties all over Latvia.
