Merlin is the sole restaurant in Latvia where almost all dishes on the menu are made with beer - from steaks to carrot cake.
The Beer Restaurant can take up to at least 150 people on its two floors. It has a special grill where meat is prepared in front of clients. Besides, fresh, unfiltered beer and kvass - a malt beverage, is sold outside the building shortly before the Jāņi Midsummer holiday.
