Costa Coffee

Costa Coffee was first poured on British shores in 1971 at 9 Newport Street, London, by Sergio and Bruno Costa. The first café was opened a few years later, and now the company has grown to 1800 stores in 26 countries. Today, just a few metres away from where they first set up, the Costa Roastery produces the same unique Mocha Italia blend that the Costa brothers worked so hard to create.

Mocha Italia is the name Sergio and Bruno Costa gave to their own special blend of coffee beans 40 years ago. It's a unique blend as it manages to combine the sweetness, bitterness and body needed to make the perfect cup of coffee. As for the blend itself, that's a closely guarded secret, but you can enjoy a cup of its distinctive flavour and a warm Italian welcome at any of Costa coffee shops.
