Riga Tourism Information Centre has reopened in the renovated Schwab House at Town Hall Square (Rātslaukums) to provide the city's tourist information to Riga guests.

Riga Tourism Information Centre at Town Hall Square will work seven days a week, including official holidays. During the tourist season (May through September), the Riga Tourism Information Centre at Town Hall Square will be open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. in the winter season (October through April).

In order to ensure that tourists are provided with full and latest information, the newest, most voluminous and functional database of tourism, recreational, and investment opportunities in Riga will be used - the www.liveriga.com portal. At the Riga Tourism Information Centre at Town Hall Square, visitors will be provided with free classic tour guides, city maps and other materials in at least four languages, so that travellers to Riga could find out as much as possible about the city and tourism opportunities it offers.

The Riga Tourism Information Centre at Town Hall Square will be easy to find thanks to the popular information pictogram "i" in the display windows; the design of the interior of the centre is based on the visual identity of LIVE RĪGA.

The Riga Tourism Information Centre at Town Hall Square will also provide fee-based services: LIVE RĪGA souvenirs, books on Riga, guides, maps and postcards, tickets for bus tours of Riga, hotel reservations. The Riga Tourism Information Centre will also sell "Riga Card" that entitles the holder to free public transport, a copy of "Riga in Your Pocket" guide and discounts on various tourist services.
