Miit

"Miit" is a cafe for cyclists, which also offers a bike workshop where one can leave his or her bike for maintenance repairs and either participate in the process or have a cup of coffee at the cafe in the meantime. Or, while you're having your beer, the staff will be happy to discuss with you anything that is cycling-related, be it bicycle upgrade options or construction features.

"Miit" regularly organises "Fix Rides" where you can see what pedalling speeds you can develop while riding bicycles fixed exactly as in the popular French animated cartoon "Belleville Rendez Vous". Latvian animators also took part in the work on the cartoon.

"Miit" also offers a parking area for bicycles where your bike will be safe and sound while you are visiting places that are less bike-friendly. "Miit" regularly organises concerts and parties, which several deejays and visitors have described as among Riga's best.
