Located on an island on the left bank of the River Daugava, "Riga City Camping", facing Old Town Riga, offers affordably-priced accommodation. How to find - take Ķīpsalas Street along the "Islande Hotel" and wooden row houses to the international exhibition centre on the left side. The camping is right behind the centre.

Open from May 15 to September 15, Riga City Camping offers 100 caravan stances with electrical hook-ups, over 60 tent pitches, a car and up to 16-seat bus park. Also at your disposal - a cafe, a clothes washer and a clothes dryer.

Domestic animals welcome with responsible owners. Services also include WiFi, free toilets, showers & wash hand basins, drain for motor caravan's waste water, 24-hour security and lighting. A play area for kids and tennis courts adjoining the campsite. Credit cards accepted. The Ķīpsala swimming pool and always busy exhibition centre are within a walking distance. The nearby shopping centre is a perfect place to top up your supplies before setting off.

"Riga City Camping" is a great starting point for getting around Riga: you can stay on the river's left bank overlooking Old Town or cross Vanšu Bridge featuring the Sun Stone on the left end for the architectural gems and tiny cafes of Old Town Riga.
