The Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (LIAA) is a government institution founded in 1993 that helps to develop private business, delivers information about state entrepreneurship support programmes and obtains investment from EU funds and other sources.

In 2005 the World Association of Investment Agencies (WAIPA) named LIAA the best investment agency in Central and Eastern Europe, acknowledging it with World Class Agency status.
