In June the Riga Tourism and Development Bureau (RTDB) has widened its paid service range at the Riga Tourist Information Centre (Riga TIC) on Town Hall Square.

From now on, along with tickets for events offered by Biļešu Serviss and guided tour tickets to Sigulda, Jūrmala and Rundāle Palace, Rigans and visitors to the city can purchase postage stamps, send postcards and buy Okarte, Zelta zivtiņa, Amigo and BiFri mobile phone starter kits and phone cards at the TIC on Town Hall Square.

The Riga TIC paid services provide easy access to a wide range of tourist services in Riga and the surrounding area. The centre offers LIVE RĪGA souvenirs, books about Riga, city guides, post cards, and postage stamps, guided tour tickets, and on-line accommodation reservation. Among the merchandise are also city tourist discount cards Riga Card for free public transport, the city guide Riga in Your Pocket, and various services at discount rates.

You will find information on Riga tourist offers in three Riga TICs - on Town Hall Square, Līvu Square and at the Riga Coach Terminal. All centres provide consultations, free city maps and other informative materials. Paid services are only available at the Riga TIC on Town Hall Square.

The TICs are open every day, also on holidays. The opening hours for the Riga TIC on Town Hall Square are 9am to 7pm (May to September) and 10am to 6pm (October to April).
