The restaurant's kitchen prefers local products that are fresh and in-season, and likes to experiment with world flavours, therefore the restaurant's menu offers dishes from Asia, North America, South America and a number of European countries.

Chef Kārlis Celms Celms uses local products combined with exotic condiments to achieve the intercontinental taste of the food served at "Kitchen", thus fulfilling his longing for the West Coast of America where he grew up, as well as unusual combos - for instance, vodka with cold soup. Those who like to go beyond the traditional will find "Kitchen" menu excellent.
