Encompassing studios 1 and 7, the top-level sound recording complex provides recording opportunities ranging from simple demo to the state-of-art 7.1 Surround system. Analog and digital recording systems, mixing and mastering services. The space can hold concerts fitting up to 100 listeners.

The excellent quality and professionalism of the LR recording studio, sound library and staff have been already tried out by the best Latvian performers including Intars Busulis, Linda Leen, Rihards Zaļupe (percussion) and Latvian Radio Choir.

The Latvian Radio supports classical music recordings as well as innovative music projects aimed at promoting Latvian culture.
