Re-novācija

The Museum of Decorative Arts and Design has renewed the tradition of annual contemporary art exhibitions, where decorative arts and design artists are invited to interpret a given theme.

Exhibition "Re-novācija" is hoped to become a display of the latest trends and phenomena in Latvian decorative arts and design. The goal of the exhibition is to present the artists' creative process as broadly as possible.

"Re-novācija" is a thematically and stylistically diverse exhibition, presenting the versatility of materials and modern technologies as well as non-traditional material restoration and reuse opportunities.

Decorative arts and design artists and Art Academy of Latvia students present their newest works at the exhibition. As usual, exhibition visitors will be the ones to determine the best works.
