Winterfest
Winterfest is Herman Braun Foundation's annual international winter music festival. The first festival took place in 1999.

Winterfest is a set of concerts to celebrate the occasions of Christmas in December, New Year and Orthodox Christmas in January, and the regular anniversary of Herman Braun Foundation in February.

The concerts differ in their genre and programmes with the participation of legendary maestros, famous young soloists, chamber ensembles, choirs, period music ensembles, jazz vocal groups and cross-over groups.

December 13, 2011, 7 p.m. at the Latvian National Opera - I Musici di Roma (Italy)

Vivaldi's Four Seasons and film music

December 21, 2011, 7 p.m. and December 22, 7 p.m. at Great Guild Hall - Toy Symphony

Soloists, chamber orchestra, conductor Arkady Fomin (USA)

January 10, 2012, 7 p.m. at Riga Cathedral - men's choir Pravoslavniye Pevchiye (Russia), conductor Georgy Smirnov

February 13, 2012, 7 p.m. at the Latvian National Opera - Anniversary of the Herman Braun Foundation. Tango ensemble Sexteto Mayor (Argentina).
