The spring festival "Windstream" is held for already the third time.
The spring festival - five concerts altogether - will mark the key feasts and remembrance days of the spring: Communist Genocide Remembrance Day, April Fools' Day and Easter. The festival is organised by Rīga Professional Symphonic Band.
