On the eve of Lacplesis Day, November 10, documentary film “Gvido Zvaigzne” will premiere at cinema “K Suns” at 7 p.m. Also at 7 p.m. in the Large Hall of the University of Latvia – choir music concert dedicated to the 60th anniversary of composer Mārtiņš Brauns with the participation of Mārtiņš Brauns, soloist Niks Matvejevs, Riga chamber choir “Ave Sol”. November 11 at 9 a.m. – ecumenical service at the Riga Cathedral. From 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Andrejsala Island at 8a Andrejostas Street – a patriotic adventure game for youth, "Riga Chronicles 11.11.11", featuring lectures on arms and armour, discipline training, firing range practices, communication and encrypting, bonfires and singing of popular marching songs.
