A week before Jāņi - the most widely celebrated Latvian traditional festival - the Latvian Ethnographic Open-Air Museum offers its visitors from all around the world to experience the summer solstice's dizzying atmosphere.
Everyone will have the opportunity to remember the festival's ancient traditions - songs, games, food, clothing and adornments, whilst preparing for the shortest night of the year. A chance to introduce modern people to the magic of Jāņi, and hopefully entice them to become a part of it!
