The annual spring music festival "Windstream" will be held in various Riga concert halls; the motto of the festival is: "Awake and Remember, Listen and Enjoy!"
The Communist Genocide Remembrance Day Concert will take place at the Riga Cathedral on March 25 at 4 p.m. Riga Professional Symphonic Band will perform in the concert, conducted by Andris Poga, winner of the Yevgeniy Svetlanov International Conductors Competition. Programme: Vilnis Šmīdbergs' "Symphony".
