The annual spring music festival "Windstream" will be held in various Riga concert halls; the motto of the festival is: "Awake and Remember, Listen and Enjoy!"
April Fools' Day Concert at the Great Guild Hall on April 1 at 7 p.m. will see Riga Professional Symphonic Band perform a humorous programme with musical quips and jokes about musicians. Conductors: Raitis Ašmanis and Mārtiņš Ozoliņš.
