Italian rock star Zucchero

Zucchero has performed on the world’s most prestigious stages, and his talent is approved by millions of rock music listeners in the world. He is not only a brilliant solo singer, but has performed also together with such world-known artists as Joe Cocker, Miles Davis, Sting, Elton John, Stevie Wonder, Vangelis, Queen, Michael Jackson, Tom Jones, Peter Gabriel, B. B. King, Sheryl Crow, etc.

Since teenage years Zucchero has been actively participating in the music business, one of his first albums “Blue’s” was released in Italy in 1987 and was sold in 1,3 million copies. The later album “Shake” and single “Baila (Sexy Thing)” was awarded platinum status, but the album “Fly” topped the music charts in several European countries just after the release. The album was supported by a successful tour and Zucchero travelled to more than 150 countries with almost all concerts being totally sold. The last album “Chocabeck” has been regarded as one of the best albums, if not the very best, he has ever made.
