Ballet festival for admirers of dance — 17th International Baltic Ballet Festival

The International Baltic Ballet Festival will please the admirers of ballet and dance with bright shows, performances of world-known artists, and completely new expressions of dance for the 17th time already. During these years, the festival has become a festival of dance and ballet and international cultural event where distinguished ballet artists and masters of the dance perform.
Some of the most artistic surprises featured in the festival will be: Beau Geste Company from France with the show “Transports exceptionnels”, Victor Ullate Ballet from Spain with the show “El arte de la Danza”, and Ailey II, which is one of the most popular dance theatres in USA visiting Baltics for the first time during their European tour.
During the festival, take the opportunity to visit also the solo photo exhibition by the great Igor Zakharkin (Moscow); but in case you are among the admirers of the talent of the legendary Pina Bausch, the documentary musical “Pina” by Wim Wenders (Germany), shown at the cinema “Splendid Palace”, is just for you.
