Beethoven's, Prokofiev's and Skryabin's Piano Sonatas

The Russian pianist Anton Lyakhovsky (b. 1979) has won numerous prizes in international piano competitions during his academic years and has performed together with world-famous conductors at renowned events throughout Europe and North America. During the concert in Jūrmala, the pianist will perform Ludwig van Beethoven's 32 Variations on an Original Theme in C minor, WoO 80, Ludwig van Beethoven's Piano Sonata No. 23 in F minor Appassionata, Op. 57, Alexander Scriabin's Piano Sonata No. 3 in F sharp minor, Op. 23 and Sergei Prokofiev's Piano Sonata No. 2 in D minor, Op. 14.
