Restaurant receive lobsters, langoustines, sea urchins, oysters, and other sea delicacies freshly caught, ensuring the highest degree of freshness. Governed by Head Chef Ivans Šmigarevs and Creative Chef Dzintars Kristovskis, Barents’ internationally renowned kitchen team strives to bring out the pure flavors of each ingredient by developing complex dishes that excite all five senses.
