Founded in 1994 by Latvian culinary legend Martins Ritins (1949-2022), Vincents has become a trend-setter and quality standard for modern urban organic cuisine. Restaurant’s interior and art gallery embodies a sentiment of artistic experience and a menu of exquisite food and wines.
Vincent’s new chef Uvis Janicenko spent 10 years practicing the art of cooking in most prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants in Europe and Japan.
In April, 2022 he joined Vincent ‘s team and presented his first signature menu. Uvis’ philosophy of cooking can be characterized by four principal concepts: modern, urban, seasonal and organic.
Like his legendary predecessor Mārtiņš Rītiņš, Uvis will continue and further refine Vincent’s "slow food" culture and cooperate with local farmers and producers.
