Italian cuisine in Riga doesn’t come any better than Italissimo pastas and pizzas. Antipasti, carpaccio, risotto, ravioli, meat and sea food dishes grilled over hardwood charcoal, the extensive menu bursts with Italian classics. Each guest can choose their favourite pasta type from rigatoni to gluten-free spaghetti and dress them up in a sauce of their choice, such as the roasted duck leg, crunchy broccoli and chestnut sauce. Luckily, making your way through the menu is made easier by the attentive stuff that appears to step forth the moment you think of them. The interior made in a mix of wood and beige creates a warm and welcoming feel. Situated in the tranquil Baznica street, the spacious venue is spread out over two floors, with a special children’s room and plenty of subterranean tables.
