The culturally musical bar and restaurant Sidrērija (‘Cidreria’ in Latvian) was conceived with an aim to offer fresh, delicious food with ingredients sourced from selected locally produced and imported products combined with the pleasing sounds of jazz music, acclaimed wines and select whiskies and rums. The restaurant is located in the heart of the Old Town, next to the ancient Salt Carriers’ Guild. The historical aura at Sidrērija has been preserved, combined with modern minimalism and a warm, relaxed, yet refined atmosphere. Pendant lamps, wooden tables and exposed historic walls allow everyone to enjoy the fusion of gastronomy and music.
