Riga Tourist Survey 2026

The Riga Investment and Tourism Agency (RITA) has commissioned an independent research study to better understand how international visitors experience Riga as a travel destination. The survey is conducted by InnoMatrix, an independent research and innovation consultancy, on behalf of RITA from June till October, 2026.

The purpose of the survey is to:

  • Understand visitors' experiences in Riga;
  • Identify the main reasons why travellers choose Riga;
  • Learn which information sources tourists use when planning their trips;
  • Identify areas where visitor experience can be improved;
  • Support the development of tourism services and marketing activities in Riga.

Your feedback will help improve the quality of tourism services and visitor experiences in the city.

Participation

Participation in the survey is entirely voluntary. You may choose not to answer any question or stop the survey at any time without providing a reason.

The survey is intended for international visitors to Riga and takes approximately 12-15 minutes to complete.
