The Grata Award is an international project that has become a tradition of MuseumLV gallery and the Grata JJ cultural center, inviting professional artists to create original artworks every year, thereby encouraging creativity. The aim of the project is to provide a platform for artists, for mutual creative communication and exchange of experiences, as well as to introduce a wider audience to artists’ work.
This year’s exhibition theme is dedicated to the phenomenon of "the Other" in the urban environment. The complex interweaving of identities, the interests of individuals and communities, as well as experiences of acceptance and exclusion, became key inspirations for the 2026 curatorial concept.
The exhibition brings together approximately 100 works that reveal a broad and diverse perspective on contemporary art processes in painting, sculpture, printmaking, ceramics, textile art, and digital art. The exhibition is on view on both floors of the gallery.
