In order to cheer everyone up in the dark, the Latvian Botanical Garden will be filled with colors, lights and music - the plants and flowers of the garden will tell their stories in an adventure of light. Inspired by Latvian pop music, artists will create 30 light installations dedicated to the theme "Flower Stories".
As before, several of the objects will be interactive - this time visitors will be able to use the flower magic wands that every visitor will receive for the duration of their visit. A winter cafe will be open on the festival grounds.
The Festival of Light will be closed on 24 and 31 December.
