Ttraditional and balfolk dance party “Flea party”(“Blusu balle”) invites all that love dancing, beautiful live music and having a great evening among happy people. Most of the dances are easy enough to jump right in or just freestyle.
The evening ball will be opened by Rolands Zelčs, an accordionist well known and loved by the dance community. The evening's dancing will continue with the Belgian-German duo "Feather and Fox," which combines the playful and powerful sounds of the cello and mandolin. The always energetic group "Brička" will surprise us with bagpipe melodies. The evening will conclude with the masterful trio from the group Rahu inviting everyone to the dance floor.
On March 21 at 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., dance master classes will take place in the White Hall of the Riga Center School of Applied Arts, while the ball will begin at 6:00 p.m. in the theater hall on Ģertrūdes Street.
The purchased ticket is valid for two dance workshops and the evening event on March 21.
