W. A. Mozart - Requiem

Mozart composed his last work, Requiem, under mysterious circumstances. The strange story of its creation, the composer's untimely death, and the lost tomb served as the basis for Mozart's life becoming a legend in 1791. We can only imagine how powerful an impression the completed masterpiece would have made on the public. However, even in its incomplete form, where the magically beautiful original pages are accompanied by rather schoolboyish passages written by Mozart's pupil Zismair, the Requiem has become a comprehensive symbol of Mozart's art.
