The concert programme sheds light on the era of Queen Christina of Sweden – one of the most remarkable and unconventional figures in European history, renowned as a patron of the arts and sciences. At the heart of the evening is the outstanding Ukrainian-German soprano Kateryna Kasper, performing alongside the internationally acclaimed Helsinki Baroque Orchestra. The programme brings together refined masterpieces of the Baroque era, revealing the splendour, emotional depth, and cultural richness of the period.
