The Sea Quartet, led by Italian musician Michele Sperandio, will perform in Riga as part of the Art of Riga Jazz festival.
The quartet explores various musical genres and influences - from songwriting and jazz instrumental music to Italian singer-songwriters and the avant-garde of 1970s progressive rock. The synthesis of these diverse influences creates an unpredictable and multi-layered sound, complemented by the voice of vocalist Marta Giuliani. She is also a winner of the international jazz artist competition Riga Jazz Stage.
