At Christmas time, Riga shines with a special glow, and this year the festive atmosphere will be enriched by Latvia’s most brilliant jazz artists. The concert will feature warm and sophisticated original compositions and arrangements created especially for the holidays, including some well-known Christmas melodies.
This will be an opportunity to indulge in music which combines freedom, elegance, and a festive mood – jazz that is radiant and rhythmic, yet at the same time deeply lyrical. The atmosphere hopes to be like an evening in which the warmth of a bonfire meets the brilliance of a winter evening.
