The concert dedicated to the memory of the victims of the communist genocide

The Children of Siberia Foundation and the Latvian Radio Choir invite you to the annual memorial concert, dedicated to the victims of the deportations on 14 June 1941. The concert is dedicated not only to the preservation of historical memory, but also as a symbolic bridge between the experience of the past and today's understanding of freedom, human dignity and identity.

The concert will feature the Latvian Radio Choir, conducted by Sigvards Kļava, organist Kristīne Adamaite, and saxophonist Artis Sīmanis. The program will feature works by Latvian composers Ēriks Ešenvalds, Ādolfs Ābele, Pēteris Vask, Jānis Lūsēns, Rihards Dubra, Andris Vītoliņš, Andris Dzenītis, Romualds Jermaks, Jānis Mediņš, and Imants Kalniņš.
