The mission of Art Riga Photo Fair is to showcase the diversity of contemporary photography and introduce viewers to new names in the field. Art Riga Photo Fair is an exhibition and fair where most of the exhibits can not only be viewed, but also purchased.
The exhibition will feature photo illustrations by French fashion photographer Jean Lorieux for the novel "The Master and Margarita", photographer Marija Kremneva's frozen moments of street dancers in flight, Peter Wong's reflections of Hong Kong architecture and city photo reports, and fragments of precise and ruthless reality by Montenegro's Dadim group.
Lithuanian photographer Albertas Pocejs participated in the Art Riga Photo Fair in 2024 with a provocative series of portraits. Thanks to his visit to Riga, a collaboration was established, and Alberts Pocejs received an offer for a photo shoot in the California desert, which he impressively realized together with model Amelija Vincent. Viewers will be able to appreciate this new photo series at Art Riga Photo Fair.
The exhibition features a whole range of talented young photographers and charismatic masters who have already left their mark on Latvian photographic art. Photographers from France, Lithuania, Estonia and Montenegro will participate in the exhibition.
The exhibition ticket price includes admission to the Railway Museum exhibition.
