The Visitor Centre is conveniently located on the first floor of the Arrivals Hall (sector E) at Riga International Airport. It’s the perfect first stop after landing, where travellers can get transport information, directions, and suggestions for what to see and do in Riga and beyond. Staff can help with public transport routes, taxi and transfer advice, and provide brochures about museums, attractions, and current events.
At the Visitor Centre, customers can send and receive a fax, as well as copy, print, and scan documents. They can also purchase the passenger loyalty card "RIX Club", register for a tour around the airport, and purchase the airport's souvenirs.
The office is open 24/7. Consultations are provided in Latvian, Russian, and English.
