The concert is dedicated to the memory of Latvian families deported in 1941. Orchestra "Riga" will perform Romualds Jermaks’ Requiem in a new arrangement for wind orchestra by Vilnis Šmīdbergs, along with Šmīdbergs’ latest work Towards the Light - a powerful musical journey from darkness to light, symbolizing hope, forgiveness, and transformation.
