Over the years, the Riga Investment and Tourism Agency has welcomed numerous companies from around the world, helping them gain valuable insights into the local market, establish meaningful connections, and evaluate Riga as a strategic location for growth.
Designed for international companies exploring investment opportunities, the programme offers an opportunity for up to three colleagues to spend up to three days in Riga and gain first-hand insight into the city's business environment. Flights, accommodation and co-working space will be covered by the Riga Investment and Tourism Agency.
Each visit is tailored to the company's needs and may include meetings with city leadership, business consultancies, industry experts, and key opinion leaders, as well as visits to companies operating in your sector.
Mandatory criteria for applying companies:
- Working in technology and innovation-based industry;
- Currently without a registered legal structure or subsidiary in Latvia;
- Planning business expansion in Europe.
- Priorities given to companies that fulfill the following criteria:
- Plan to employ at least 3 employees in Riga;
- Have an annual turnover exceeding 5 million EUR or have recently raised investment rounds enabling international/overseas expansion.
