Riga Startup Accelerators and Incubators Support Program provides support to business accelerators and incubators in the capital city.

The programme, run by the Riga Investment and Tourism Agency, provides co-financing to organisations that operate startup accelerators or incubators, with the goal of strengthening Riga's startup ecosystem and reinforcing the city's reputation as a startup-friendly destination.
Who can apply: companies registered in the Latvian Commercial Register, or associations/foundations registered in the Register of Associations and Foundations, that run their activities within Riga and have at least two years of experience operating a business incubator (working with teams without a prototype) or accelerator (working with teams that already have a prototype).
Key conditions: maximum support per applicant is €40,000. Funding covers administrative costs only — salaries, rent and utilities, event participation fees, and outsourced accounting/legal/marketing services (up to €10,000)
Incubators must engage at least 2–5 new teams within 10 months, helping them reach a working prototype. Accelerators must engage at least 2–5 new teams within 18 months, helping them secure at least €1,000 in outside investment or €5,000 in accelerator funding.
