A new experience awaits the usual 5 km runners: the former 5 km course will be transformed into a festive “Five-ish,” nearly 6 km (approx. 5.7 km), offering runners the chance to pass by the iconic Freedom Monument—making it an ideal distance for families with children.
Special news also for marathon runners: the 42.195 km distance will now be run in a single loop, crossing three bridges and showcasing Riga’s most beautiful sights—from Dzegužkalns to Mežaparks!
