To ensure your experience at the FIBA EuroBasket 2025 events is smooth and enjoyable, please take note of the following tips and practical information:

Arrival and Movement

We kindly ask you to arrive early — at least 60–90 minutes before the game starts — to exchange your ticket for a wristband (at Grostonas and Skanstes streets) and go through security checks.

Please use public transport, as parking in the area may be limited and traffic can be heavy.

Leaving the arena after games may take longer – thank you for your patience and understanding.

Fan Zone

Fan Zone is located near Xiaomi Arēna

The fan zone will be open on all game days, starting 2 hours before the first game.

On non-game days ("rest days"), the Fan Zone will be closed.

Entry to the Fan Zone is free of charge.

You’ll be able to enjoy food, drinks, and purchase official souvenirs in the Fan Zone.

Payments: Both cash and card payments are accepted in the Fan Zone. Inside the arena, from June 1, only cashless payments are accepted.

Weather Conditions

In case of rain, please use raincoats – umbrellas will not be allowed inside the event area.

Security and Prohibited Items

The following items are not permitted in the Fan Zone or the Arena:

Get to Know Riga

In between enjoying games, take the chance to explore the history, culture, and traditions of Riga and Latvia by visiting some of the city's fascinating museums.

At the RSU Anatomy Museum, you can learn about the structure, functions, and various diseases of the human body. This museum is based on Latvia's first anatomy collection, created in the 1920s-30s. The Latvian National Museum of Art offers insights into the history of Latvian art, showcasing significant works and highlighting key artists and movements from various periods with its extensive collections and unique masterpieces.
